General Questions

Who is One Way Investments designed for?

We serve high-earning, faith-driven, busy professionals who value stewardship but lack the time to manage real estate themselves. If you want the benefits of ownership without the daily headaches, you're in the right place.

Is this a coaching program?

No. While education naturally occurs throughout the process, One Way Investments is designed primarily as an operational investment support and execution company rather than a traditional coaching or information-based program.

How 'passive' is this investment really?

It is genuinely turnkey. We manage all aspects from preliminary scouting and acquisition to the stabilization of the property, followed by eventual sale or lease. Typically, we undertake approximately 90% of the workload, while you sign off on important documentation, making key decisions, and transferring the appropriate capital at the designated times.

How do you integrate faith and values into your business?

We operate on the principles of Kingdom-minded stewardship. This entails maintaining the highest level of transparency, fair treatment of all parties involved—including tenants—and demonstrating a steadfast commitment to radical integrity in every transaction and partnership decision we undertake.

How do you manage investment risk?

Risk mitigation is achieved through asset-backed investments that incorporate multiple exit strategies, conservative debt structures, and rigorous off-market sourcing alongside prudent underwriting. There is a major difference between speculation and investing; by acquiring properties with immediate equity and strong cash-flow potential, we establish multiple layers of security within each portfolio.

What happens if the market shifts?

Our strategy concentrates on stability and comprehensive stress testing. We invest in high-demand residential assets and multifamily properties that generally demonstrate greater resilience to market volatility than speculative categories, with an unwavering emphasis on long-term capital preservation and legacy impact.

Returns, Liquidity & Legacy

Understanding the financial roadmap of your investment is key to building a sustainable generational legacy.

What kind of returns should I expect?

Although real estate returns differ across markets, our primary strategy emphasizes stabilized assets designed to deliver reliable cash flow and long-term appreciation, aligned with your requirements. During our consultation, we provide comprehensive historical data to facilitate understanding of typical performance ranges and to customize a strategy aimed at accomplishing your investment objectives.

How much capital do I need?

Capital requirements vary depending on property type, financing structure, renovation scope, market conditions, and investment strategy. Clients should be financially prepared not only for acquisition costs but also for reserves, contingencies, and operational flexibility. On a typical hard money loan, expect to put down 5-10% of the purchase price in addition to lender fees and miscellaneous closing costs.

What is the fee structure for these investments?

We uphold a commitment to radical transparency. Our organizational structure generally includes an onboarding fee to access our network and services, followed by a backend profit-sharing fee once clients have recouped their initial investment. These terms are explicitly detailed in the initial offering documents to ensure there are no unforeseen discrepancies concerning your net returns.

How does this investment act as a legacy bridge?

We are not CPAs or estate planners but by choosing hard, tangible assets over volatile, intangible ones, you lay a strong foundation for future generations. Our deals are designed to be easily incorporated into family trusts or estate plans, helping your values and wealth create a lasting legacy.

Is my investment liquid?

Direct real estate is an illiquid asset class by design. Capital is deployed into the physical property for the duration of the hold period. This illiquidity is often what allows for the premium returns and tax advantages that public markets rarely match.

What tax advantages are available?

Although we are not CPAs nor do we offer legal or accounting advice, investors may benefit from depreciation, interest deductions, and potential 1031 exchanges. These strategies often allow you to keep more of what you earn, further accelerating the growth of your generational wealth.

Still Have Questions?

We're here to provide the clarity you need to move forward. Your questions are a vital part of the investment process, and we are committed to transparent, faith-driven communication.
